Level up with our fast paced high intensity interval training circuits to burn calories and get you sweating. Here we incorporate free weights, bodyweight movements and cardio options

HOW TO GET STARTED
1. BOOK A 'NO SWEAT INTRO'
Come in and chat to one of our Friendly coaches about what you are wanting to achieve. You’ll Receive your Exercise prescription, Tour the space, see EVERYTHING we have to offer and meet our epic team. We’ll save the sweat for your next session
2. RECEIVE YOUR EXERCISE PRESCRIPTION
After speaking with a coach you’ll receive your Exercise Prescription (ExRx)
This will outline the best way to go about training for your specific needs
3. SIGN UP
click the ‘Join Now’ link in ‘New to ASAP’ menu tab. Fill out the form and click submit, you’ll be contacted by a member of our team to book a ‘No Sweat Intro’
USING ‘WODIFY’ our Third party app. Go to our Online sales portal by clicking ‘BOOK YOUr INTRO’ to view availability and book instantly
4. COMPLETE YOUR 'IGNITE' SESSION
This is your 1st workout at ASAP Training. 45 minutes 1-on-1 with a coach. It’s our chance to get to know you a little better, see what you’re capable of and introduce you to our class workout structure.
WE highly recommend New or inexperienced members complete their ‘IGNITE’ Session before joining any classes
5. START TRAINING
You can now START training with us. How good?
BOOK IN FOR CLASSES, Body Scans, SMALL GROUP TRAINING, PERSONAL TRAINING, Ignite and goal review sessions
6. DOWNLOAD THE APP
Using our third-party app Wodify - You can book into classes, Chat with coaches, schedule appointments, make changes to your membership and track your progress
Once you’ve signed up you will receive a link to create a login or or you can download Wodify at anytime and create an account
7. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Our CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER will check-in regularly with you and your coaches to see your progress
You and your coach will use ‘Wodify Perform’ to track your workout metrics and progress

We deliver a challenging, fun and engaging team training experience, with limited class sizes to ensure maximum attention to detail and quality coaching. Members will receive 1-on-1 coaching in a group setting to get the most out of every workout

We offer our members Personal Trainers from coaches with years of experience to help you level up and achieve your goals. We can guide you through a range of tailored solutions for weight loss, building muscle and Improving fitness and flexibilty

We offer a range of sports specific strength & conditioning services including Periodisation, Injury prevention/rehabilitation and Fitness Testing. If you or your team want to up their game by increasing strength, speed, power and agility we have the expertise and unique facility ready to help level up your chosen discipline
